Danielle Orland, PT, DPT, OCS, CMP, was born and raised in the South Bay. She attended Boston College where she studied health sciences and graduated with a degree in Spanish. While at Boston College, she was a member of the varsity swim team where she first became interested in sports related injuries and physical therapy.
After college, she returned to Southern California to attend the University of Southern California where she received her doctor of physical therapy degree in 2001. Since her matriculation from USC she has gained extensive hands on experience in treating patients will all types of injuries, especially treatment of the foot and ankle. She has extensive postgraduate training and is a certified Mulligan practitioner.
She received her Orthopaedic Clinical Specialty in June 2007 after passing an extensive certification exam. She has had the unique opportunity to study under some of the most renowned physical therapists in the United States and throughout the international community. Danielle is also fluent in Spanish giving her the ability to treat both English and Spanish speaking patients. In her free time Danielle likes to travel, read, and practices what she preaches through exercise.
